1. Introduction / 简介

Sakamichi Tools ("we", "us", "our") operates the website https://46log.com (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our Service.

Account Information: When you register, we collect your username, email address, and optionally your Discord account for communication purposes.

Google Account Data: If you choose to connect your Google Calendar, we access the following data through Google OAuth 2.0:

• Your Google email address (for identifying the connection)

Website usage statistics: To understand which features are used, the website (not the extension) records each page you view on 46log.com: the page path (without query parameters), how long the page was visible, the device type (mobile or desktop, derived from the browser's user agent) and the time. A random visitor ID is kept in your browser's local storage so repeat visits from the same browser can be counted. If you are signed in, the record is linked to your 46log account. Visits from a browser where you have signed in are attributed to your account, including visits made before signing in and while your login session has lapsed; signing out gives the browser a new visitor ID, so later visits are no longer attributed to you. We do not record page content, form input, search terms, your IP address in these statistics, or anything from other websites. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, nothing is recorded.

46log Miguri Sync extension data: If you install the optional Chrome extension and start synchronization, it reads your own application-history pages on forTUNE music and forTUNE meets. It transfers only the normalized fields needed for the private Miguri dashboard: group, campaign or release title, member, category, event date, venue, slot, application/win/payment counts, price/spend information shown by the source, source record identifier, and synchronization time.

46log 咪咕力同步扩展数据：如果您安装可选的 Chrome 扩展并启动同步，扩展会读取您自己的 forTUNE music 与 forTUNE meets 应募履历页，仅向私人咪咕力面板传输所需的规范化字段：组合、活动或作品标题、成员、类型、活动日期、会场、部数、应募/中签/付款数量、来源页面提供的价格/金额、来源记录标识和同步时间。

The extension never reads or stores your forTUNE password, login form value, or cookie. For Meets synchronization, it temporarily reads the official site's existing session key in memory and sends it only to the official forTUNE Meets API as its required request header. The key is never stored by the extension or sent to 46log.

扩展不会读取或保存您的 forTUNE 密码、登录表单内容或 Cookie。同步 Meets 时，扩展仅在内存中临时读取官方站点已有的会话密钥，并仅将其作为必要请求头发回 forTUNE Meets 官方 API；扩展不会保存该密钥，也不会将其发送给 46log。

Event records: We save the event days you choose, their title/date snapshots, and notes or costs you enter in your 46log account. Notes and costs are private. These personal records are separate from accounts and records on 坂ログ.

Nearby places: Location is requested only after you choose the nearby feature. Coordinates stay in browser memory for distance filtering and are not saved to your account or sent to the 46log API. If you choose navigation using your current location, the external Google Maps link includes that starting location and the destination.

3. How We Use Your Information / 信息使用

We use the collected information solely for the following purposes:

• Account management: To authenticate and provide personalized features.
• Google Calendar sync: To create, update, and delete calendar events on your behalf based on activity entries you manage within our Service (e.g., fan meet-and-greet schedules). We only write events that you explicitly add through our interface.
• Notifications: To send service-related notifications you have opted into.
• Miguri dashboard synchronization: To save and update the synchronized application records in your private 46log account, calculate statistics, and generate your upcoming schedule.
• Usage statistics: To see how much each page and feature is used and how often people come back, so we can decide what to improve. Only the site operator can view these statistics; they are not shown to other users or administrators, not used for advertising, and not shared.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy / Google API 用户数据政策

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

• We only request access to the Google Calendar scope necessary for the features you use.
• We do not use Google user data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
• We do not use Google user data to train machine learning or AI models.
• We store Google OAuth tokens securely and only use them to perform calendar operations you initiate.

5. Data Storage and Security / 数据存储与安全

All data is stored on Cloudflare's secure infrastructure (Cloudflare D1 database and Workers). Data is encrypted in transit using TLS. Google OAuth refresh tokens are stored as encrypted secrets and are never exposed to the client-side.

The extension stores only its enabled/disabled setting, synchronization status, and last synchronization time in Chrome local storage. Temporary synchronization jobs and results use Chrome session storage and are removed after delivery. A periodic Chrome alarm checks for updates while the browser is running; it does not run while Chrome or the device is offline.

6. Data Sharing / 数据共享

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties. We do not share your Google account data with any external services beyond the Google Calendar API itself for the purposes described above.

The attendance ranking is private by default. If you explicitly join and choose a public display name, the ranking publishes only that name, rank, distinct attended-day count and event-day record count, in total and separately for Nogizaka46, Sakurazaka46 and Hinatazaka46. Future plans, notes, costs, email and account identifiers are excluded. Turning off participation removes your entry on the next ranking request.

7. Data Retention and Deletion / 数据保留与删除

You may disconnect your Google Calendar connection at any time through the Service interface. Upon disconnection:

• Your Google OAuth tokens are immediately deleted from our database.
• Calendar event mappings are removed.
• Events previously created in your Google Calendar remain unless you manually delete them.

You may also delete your entire account, which will remove all associated data including entries, preferences, and any connected service tokens.

Website usage statistics are deleted automatically after about 90 days. They cannot be removed one by one before then, including when you delete your account. To stop new records, enable Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control in your browser; clearing site data removes the visitor ID.

You can stop automatic Miguri synchronization from the dashboard or by uninstalling the extension. You can delete synchronized Miguri entries from the Service; deleting your 46log account removes all associated Miguri records.

Removing an event mark keeps its private notes and costs so they return if you add the same day again. To clear them, open the marked day, save an empty note and blank costs, then remove the mark if desired. Contact us using the address below if you need assistance removing retained event data.

8. Cookies / Cookie 使用

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication (login session) and user preferences (theme, language). We do not use third-party tracking cookies or analytics cookies. The usage statistics in Section 2 use a random visitor ID in local storage, not a cookie, and are processed only by us (no third-party analytics service).
